- The restoration time usually required after unplanned downtime is avoided since we are able to solve the problems before they even arise.
- We perform preventative maintenance by working with you to draft and follow a maintenance plan.
- We compile a list of recommended spare parts that we think you should have in store. These can, for example, include parts with long delivery times or that serve a core function in your production. This can also apply to parts that risk breaking, such as photocells or reflectors.
Rail Grinding
Rail Grinding
High bay storage cranes are rail-bound and after many hours of use, the rails can become worn at the railhead or along the sides. In some cases, the welded joints are longer and more elevated compared to the rest of the track, which can cause a slamming noise.
We grind the rails to remove any uneven parts and to restore its camber. The tool used for rail grinding is encapsulated and equipped with a smoke filter. This means that we can grind your rails without the need for additional protections along the crane’s path. We also perform rail welding and other types of repairs.
