If we cannot procure the genuine parts, we use what is called reverse engineering. This means that we create the spare part you need with the genuine part as the blueprint.

Simple Order Process Next Time
All spare parts sent out by Highbay are given an article number so we can order the part more easily next time, should it be needed again.
